GitHub mirror was disabled 2026-05-06; the GH Actions badge would now
404 on every render. Swap it for the Forgejo workflow badge, add a
short "primary git host" note in Status pointing at git.s8n.ru, and
update the Quick install snippet so the ISO download URL points at
the Forgejo `ci-latest` rolling release tag instead of "CI artifact
for now".

No technical detail moves out of SYSTEM/STRATEGY here — just keep the
top-of-readme accurate now that GH is dead.
